Steppingstone Summer Day Camps are open to the public.

Suzuki Summer Violin Camp: 8 years and younger
Summer Music Academy: 9 years and older

Fees

How to Register:
To register, mail the Summer Camp registration form or the Music Academy registration form with a $50.00/week, nonrefundable deposit per camper, per camp.
Cost:
$175 per week unless otherwise noted
Young Author's Workshop and Cooking: $200.00 per week
Art 2 & 3: $200 for 1 week, $325.00 for 2 week camp
Suzuki Summer Violin Camp: $350.00 per week
Summer Music Academy: $1,200.00 per three-week session
Tuition Deposit:
A nonrefundable $50.00 per camper, per week is required with application to hold a spot. This deposit is applied toward each session’s total fees. The balance is due 14 days prior to the start of the session. Late payments may result in loss of enrollment for your children.
Extended Day: 7:45 AM - 5:45 PM
Extended Day Fees apply to each camper each week. Unplanned Extended Day fees are $6.00 per hour per camper. At 5:45 p.m. late fees are $2.00 per minute per camper.

ARRIVALDEPARTURE
7:45 a.m. @ $35/wk 5:00 p.m. @ $35/wk
8:15 a.m. @ $20/wk 5:45 p.m. @ $60/wk
Lunch Option:
$25.00 per camper per week. All lunches will include a main course (such as pizza, hot dog, chicken nuggets, etc.), fruit and vegetable, chips, cookie, and juice.
Discounts:
A $25.00 per camper, per week discount is available for two (2) or more campers from the same family for the same session.
Cancellations:
Enrollment may be canceled if a written notice has been received by Steppingstone no less than two weeks prior to the start of the session. After this period, tuition is due in full regardless of your child’s attendance.
Refunds:
There will be no refunds of tuition deposits. Campers who attend only part of a session for any reason will not receive a refund for the rest of the session. Once registered, changes in session can be made only if space permits. Tuition and fees (not including tuition deposit) will be refunded if a written cancellation notice has been received no less than two weeks prior to the start of the session. After this period, tuition is due in full regardless of your child’s attendance. If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, all fees paid for that session will be refunded.
Late Fees:
All extra fees (such as unplanned Extended Day, extra snacks, etc.) are due on the first day of each summer camp session. ALL overdue charges will be assessed a $15.00 per month late payment fee until the account is paid in full. Orientation information will be distributed upon program registration.


Steppingstone is an independent, state-approved 501.c.3 non-profit elementary school (K-8) for gifted students whose eligibility is independent of race, color, creed, gender, or national origin. Steppingstone also does not discriminate in regards to hiring.
